HPSOS exam 2027: Check PCP class dates, attendance rules and study centre fee deadline
HPSOS March 2027 exams: The Himachal Pradesh State Open School (HPSOS) has made attendance at Personal Contact Programme (PCP) classes compulsory for candidates enrolled under the fresh admission and additional subject categories for the March 2027 examination session. The classes will be held from February 1 to February 18, 2027, according to the prescribed schedule.Study centres have been directed to conduct the classes as scheduled and submit their reports to the board office by February 19, 2027. Candidates who remain absent from the mandatory sessions may not receive their examination admit cards.HPSOS PCP classes schedule and attendance rulesHimachal Pradesh School Education Board chairman Dr Rajesh Sharma said that study centres must ensure the proper conduct of PCP classes. The board will not issue admit cards to candidates who fail to attend the prescribed sessions or to study centres that do not conduct the classes as required.The instructions apply to fresh admission and additional subject candidates enrolled under HPSOS for the March 2027 examination session. Candidates should contact their respective study centres to confirm the class schedule and attendance requirements.Study centre renewal fee deadlineAll private HPSOS study centres must deposit the prescribed study centre renewal fee with the board office by March 31, 2027.If a study centre fails to pay the fee within the stipulated period, its examination results will be withheld. The results will be released only after the necessary formalities have been completed.Revised rules and prospectus to be followedAll HPSOS study centres operating across Himachal Pradesh must comply with the revised rules, latest instructions and amended prospectus applicable to the March 2027 examination session.The board has asked study centres and candidates to follow the notified requirements to avoid issues related to attendance, admit card issuance and examination results. Candidates are advised to remain in contact with their respective study centres for updates concerning PCP classes and other examination-related formalities.
