JKSSB Inspector admit card 2026: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the admit card for the Inspector recruitment examination 2026. Candidates who have registered for the post can now download their hall tickets from the official website, jkssb.nic.in, according to the official notice.According to the official notice, the OMR based written examination will be conducted on March 15, 2026. The examination is being held for the post of Inspector in the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department of Jammu and Kashmir, which was advertised under Notification No. 04 of 2022, Item Nos. 84 and 85.Candidates can access and download their admit cards from today, March 11, 2026 by logging in with their registered credentials on the official website.
How to download JKSSB Inspector admit card 2026
Candidates can follow the steps below to download their admit card:
- Visit the official website of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board at jkssb.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link for JKSSB Inspector admit card 2026.
- Enter the required login credentials such as Email ID and Date of Birth.
- After logging in, click on View and Print E-Admit Card.
- Download the admit card and take a clear printout for future use.

What to do if you cannot download the admit card
If any candidate is unable to download the admit card from the website, they must contact the board at least two days before the examination date. Candidates should present proof of submitting the online application form and payment of the examination fee.If no such representation is made within the given time, the board will assume that the candidate is not interested in appearing for the examination.
Important exam day guidelines
The board has also issued several important instructions for candidates appearing in the examination:
- Candidates must report to their respective examination centres at least two hours before the scheduled exam time.
- Early reporting is required to complete biometric and facial authentication procedures.
- Candidates should print the admit card well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
Note: In case of any mismatch in the photograph printed on the admit card, candidates must immediately inform the board. They can report the issue at the JKSSB central offices in Jammu or Srinagar, or send an email to ssbjk-grievance@jk.gov.in.No request regarding photograph mismatch will be accepted at the examination centre on the exam day.
Admit card submission after the exam
Candidates will also be required to submit their admit card to the invigilation staff after completing the examination. The admit card must be duly signed by both the candidate and the invigilator.
Warning against misconduct
The board has stated that the candidature of any candidate found involved in misrepresentation, concealment of facts, impersonation, or fraud will be cancelled. The board also reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any applicant at any stage if they are found ineligible.Candidates are advised to regularly check the official JKSSB website for further updates related to the examination, as admit cards will not be sent by post.
