He earlier served in the Indian Air Force and was involved in leading air operations during Operation Sindoor. He has now been given the responsibility of serving the Ram temple, its devotees and the organisation and administration of the temple.Meanwhile, BJP leader Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh also congratulated Mishra on his appointment. Referring to Mishra’s role in Operation Sindoor, Singh said the circumstances in Ayodhya were different from those in which the former Air Marshal had worked earlier.“He has worked in Operation Sindoor and is said to have done good work. We congratulate him. But the situation here is different. There is a hidden enemy here, so he will have to remain cautious,” Singh said.
