Actor Eva Grover has made serious allegations against her former husband, Hyder Ali Khan, who is also Aamir Khan’s stepbrother. Speaking candidly about her troubled marriage, the Karishma Ka Karishma and Ready actor claimed that Hyder allegedly pressured her to become physically involved with directors in exchange for financial stability.During a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Eva was asked whether Hyder had ever encouraged her to get “physically intimate” with others. Responding to the question, she said, “Unhone aisi baat rakhi thi, bohot pressure daala tha mujhpe.” She was further asked if he had pushed her to sleep with directors and producers so he could secure work. Eva explained that she never lacked acting opportunities and had, in fact, made significant personal sacrifices for the family during a difficult phase.“Kaam toh mere paas hamesha tha. Lekin jo phase jisme maine kaam chod diya tha, mere saare FDs (fixed deposits) break kar diye the maine, gaadiyan bech di thi uss family ke liye, sab kar liya tha jab maine second time inko sambhaala tha. Uske baad maine kabhi mud ke nahi dekha.“Eva also revealed that Hyder has schizophrenia. She said she was unaware of his condition when they married because they barely knew each other. According to the actor, the relationship soon became abusive, and her family often noticed bruises on her body, leaving them deeply worried.Despite everything that transpired, Eva said she feels sympathy for Hyder’s current circumstances, revealing that he is struggling to survive.“Today, Hyder is not in a good condition. He has no house and struggles even for food. Sometimes someone lets him stay in a chawl, sometimes a friend helps him. I feel sad. Whatever happened, happened, but from a humanitarian point of view, he was once my husband… He is surrounded by people who keep giving him alcohol. There is no one to look after him. I only pray that whenever his time comes, he finds peace. He has suffered a lot.“Hyder Ali Khan is the son of Shahnaz from her first marriage and became Aamir Khan’s stepbrother after she married the late filmmaker Tahir Hussain. Before attempting to pursue an acting career, Hyder reportedly worked as a cabin crew member. According to Eva and media reports, he does not share a close relationship with Aamir Khan or his family.
