Instagram user Neha Kopani recorded the moment and shared it online. In the clip, her friend is seen putting on a pink shirt over her outfit.“She got so uncomfortable, she had to put on a shirt,” Neha said.When asked why she wanted to cover up, her friend said that “uncles” had been staring at her.Neha replied that a “dirty crowd” could be found everywhere. Her friend said she had not expected such behaviour in Connaught Place.

The woman then puts on the pink shirt and buttons it. She turns around to show that she is now covered from head to toe.Neha remarks that perhaps people would stop staring at her now.The video later shows the outfit the woman had been wearing before adding the shirt.
