India and Japan strengthened their strategic partnership at the 16th India-Japan Annual Summit in New Delhi, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. Jamal, who served five years in France for running a major migrant smuggling network, was traced to Leicestershire, where he is accused of working illegally and driving without a licence.
