This second property was valued at USD 7 million. Some time later, they demolished both of the properties and created their own private water park area, which was completed in 2010 and valued at USD 72.5 million.The property has two massive pools connected by a water park, which also includes a giant twisting slide and lazy river. The water park also uses around 500,000 gallons of water to operate properly. In an old interview with Zillow, listing co-agent Joseph Montanaro shared some major details about Dion’s extraordinary property and her private water park in it. He shared, “It has slides and a lazy river at the bottom of it. It has a footbridge at the bottom of it where kids can play. Being the person that she is, it’s hard for her to get out of the house with the kids, so she created this for her and her family.” The design does not end there, as the property also features a separate third pool in the back area, which Dion and her family also own.

The entire space was custom-built by Dion and her partner, who also included a 10,000-square-foot main house for whenever they needed to stay for a couple of days in the area. The main house also included a few other private properties: two separate four-bedroom guest houses, a beach house, a pool house, and a private tennis centre.The main house had five bedrooms in total, along with a second level. The property offered scenic ocean views for the family. The property featured wooden panel flooring in almost every room, contrasting white and dark brown furniture, a morning prep kitchen and a commercial prep kitchen. The entire property was also well equipped with modern-day amenities and high-end appliances for maximum comfort.

She had also shifted her main residence to Las Vegas for her residency. Around the same time, Angélil had been diagnosed with cancer for a second time. At first, the asking price was set at USD 72.5 million; however, when the property did not attract any buyers, the price was later dropped to USD 62.5 million and again reduced to USD 45.5 million. The realtor later reported that the house was finally sold in 2017 for an extremely reduced price of USD 38.5 million.

On the work front, Celine Dion will be making her big return to the world of music with her upcoming concert residency in Paris. The residency is set to begin on September 12, 2026, at the Plénitude Arena, formerly known as Paris La Défense Arena. The area is located in Nanterre, France. She will have a total of 26 performances, though originally only 16 were planned for the autumn season. Due to high demand and millions of people waiting to buy tickets, 10 new dates were added for May 2027. Her last show for this year will end on October 17, after which she will pick up the residency again next year from May 8 through May 29, 2027.
